Sarah Horne Christmas Order Book is Open.

I have worked on many private commissions in my career. This year I am doing something different- I have gone completely wild and rogue and I am opening up limited slots for Christmas bespoke commissions! Oh yes. Bring your boldest ideas to life with a unique, bespoke print created by me.

Whether you’re after a custom illustration, a person or a pet characterised with their own special quirks, or a storytelling piece, Perhaps you had a wonderful dream that needs to be visualised… I’ll work with you to craft something unique.

Each piece is a 1-of-1 (1 / 1) edition, meaning no further prints will EVER be made.

Prices start at £179 (+ postage/packaging). Please allow extra time for delivery outside the UK and note additional postage costs. Framing not included.

As each piece is unique and bespoke. Final pricing will depend on the size, time involved in producing it and level of detail involved. We will discus before I start and I will keep you updated throughout the commission.

Slots are limited, so secure yours early to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Final orders in time for Christmas delivery, must be placed by midnight 11th December.

Terms and Conditions for Private Commissions

Before we get started, here are a few things to know:

1. Choosing the Right Projects
   I love working on meaningful projects, but I may kindly decline a commission if the subject matter doesn’t align with my values or might impact my professional reputation.

2. Final Artwork
   The artwork will be completed based on the agreed brief, so please ensure we’re on the same page before I begin. Unfortunately, changes can’t be made once the piece is finished, so let's discuss before I get started.

3. Deposit to Begin
   To secure your booking and start your artwork, I require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total price unless otherwise agreed). The remaining balance will be due on completion, and before the artwork is sent out.

4. Postage Details
   Postage costs are not included in the commission price and will be added to your final invoice. If you’re outside the UK, any customs fees or taxes will be your responsibility.

5. Delivery Times
   Once finished, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery within the UK, or 14 working days if you’re based elsewhere other than the UK. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the postal service.

6. Returns and Refunds
   Since your commission is a custom-made, one-of-a-kind piece, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Rest assured, I’ll do everything I can to create something you’ll love.

7. Frames
   The artwork will be delivered unframed unless we arrange something different. This keeps your options open to frame it however you like!

8. Ownership and Usage
   As the artist, I retain copyright and reproduction rights for the artwork. Your piece is for personal enjoyment and can’t be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission. If you’d like to discuss special usage rights, just let me know!

9. By Commissioning Me
   By commissioning a piece, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you have any questions or need clarification, I’m always happy to chat before we move forward.
